Member companies of the SNES are signatories to the Charter of the Private Security Professional "and agree to abide by all the points.
- Possession of Administrative Authority under the law governing the exercise of private activities of monitoring and strictly comply with laws and regulations applying to them.

- Apply all provisions resulting from the social legislation and in particular the National Collective of Local Prevention and Security

- Ensure and guarantee professional liability all benefits payable to clients and advocate for the subscription of such a policy becomes a legal obligation RC for all private security companies.

- Implement a quality system that allows, through appropriate organization, to measure the customer, respect the commitments under the specifications.

- Willingness to respond to possible requests from the National Commission of Ethics of Security / NSDC under its jurisdiction and abide by the advice and recommendations made by this body.

- Observe with rigorous respect for the specificity of client confidentiality and professional rule of reservation.

- Provide staff training to meet the requirement of professional competence and prior levels of competence and qualification in line with the workstations and be able to justify any time.

- Contributing to the integration, social inclusion and respect for diversity led by the profession and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety for employees.

- Develop and maintain a spirit of loyalty and brotherhood.

- Engaging in professionalisation, moral, promotion and enhancement of the profession.

- Respect and promote to the whole business environment the 15 principles outlined in the Code of Professional Ethics of Private Security "initiated by the SNES for the entire profession.
